December 17-20, 2009 — Reggie and Ladye Love Smith

Concerts, Buffets, Gift Boutique & Mini-Vacation

Two diverse weekends of music for the holiday season highlight the 31st annual series of Christmas concerts and buffet dinners, plus the 13th annual Christmas Crafts Boutique, this December. Concerts are at 8 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and at 2:30 p.m. on Sundays. Buffet seatings precede the concerts. To register for any of these events please call our registration office toll-free at 1-888-MH-CAMPS.

Buffet Dinner

The cost per person for the buffet and concert is just $24.00 for adults, including beverage, dessert and gratuity, and $12.00 for children 4–12. While there is no charge for the concerts, due to limited seating guests must purchase a buffet ticket in order to attend the concert. A freewill offering is taken at each concert for Mount Hermon’s expenses with the artists.

Gift Boutique
The eight-day boutique sale has been scheduled during concert days with a huge display of Christmas gift items, including baked goods for late holiday plans. Organized by Mount Hermon staff spouses, the event is held in the Lower Dining Hall all afternoon before the evening concerts and buffets and features over 30 booths.

Mini-Vacation Option
Families may take advantage of special reduced hotel package prices of $91.50 per person (double occupancy) per night, or $149.00 for single occupancy, and enjoy a mini-vacation at Mount Hermon. (A third adult in the same room is just $34.00, and children 4–12 in the same room are $19.00 each.) The price includes the buffet dinner, concert admission, deluxe overnight accommodations, and a continental breakfast the next morning. The mini-vacation is not available with the Sunday concerts.

To complete the Saturday mini-vacation, a public worship service is held Sunday morning at 10 a.m. on both mornings. Chaplain Ken Harrower will speak December 13; Executive Director Roger Williams will speak on December 20.

Guests are encouraged to register early for the best choice of evenings and/or accommodations. To register for any of these events please call our registration office toll-free at 1-888-MH-CAMPS.
