Dr. John Armstrong
John has pastored for 20 years, purposely ministering in churches of fewer than 120 people in order to best apply his shepherd’s heart. His joy is encouraging pastors to serve out of a true dependence on Christ, and his national ministry takes him into small churches to equip and mentor those who labor there. John is an adjunct professor at Wheaton College.

Barron is a testimony to transformation and redemption. Her recovery is exemplified in her art, writing and speaking. Her art and poetry have been commissioned by corporations and private entities.

Mark Labberton
For 16 years, Mark Labberton served as senior pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Berkley. He received his doctorate in theology from Cambridge University and is a senior fellow of the International Justice Mission. He also authored the book, The Dangerous Act of Worship. Mark is currently an Associate Professor of Preaching and the Director of the Lloyd John Ogilvie Institute of Preaching at Fuller Theological Seminary.
Tony Miano
Tony Miano is a retired (March 2007), twenty-year veteran of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Since 2000, he has served as a chaplain for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. From 2002-2008, Tony served as the founder and director of Ten-Four Ministries, whose mission is to bring practical and spiritual support to the law enforcement community. He currently serves as a member of the ministry's Advisory Board.

Albert Tate
Albert Tate is the intergenerational pastor at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena, California. As a 10 year veteran, Albert has taught and served in a variety of strategic leadership positions, ranging from youth pastor and young adults pastor at Lake Avenue Church to senior pastor of Sweet Home Church of Christ Holiness in Mississippi. Albert completed his B.S. in Pastoral Studies in 2005 from Wesley Bible College in Florence, Mississippi and is currently a student at Fuller Seminary pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology. Jody Tey
Jodie Tey is has been serving as a Community Life pastor at CrossWinds Church in Dublin, CA for the past 5 years. Her primary roles include providing pastoral care to families as well as conducting leadership training and formulating volunteer development strategies. Previously, she served at NAEN Ministries in Silicon Valley discipling workplace professionals in hi-tech companies, showing them how to use their everyday workplace situations as platforms to share their faith. Jodie originally started in ministry (16 years ago) as a youth and young adult pastor, serving in several Asian churches throughout the Bay Area.

No Man's Band
No Man’s Band is a unique all female group of musicians dedicated to the calling of Worship and Authenticity. Not only does each band member have a passion for music and worship, but also a desire to share their stories. It is the power of God that has touched each band member—changing them, healing them, carrying them and calling them. The “No Man’s Band” has performed at Women’s Retreats, National and Regional Women’s Conferences, Ladies’ Night Out, Worship Services, and community events.

Jack Pearson
Jack has been coming to Mount Hermon summer family camps for 21 years. A resident of Minneapolis, MN, he is a songwriter, recording artist, and storyteller who is extremely popular with both kids and adults. He sings in our general sessions, presents workshops on creativity and "telling your own story," and entertains at pancake breakfasts, as well as for the kids at Day Camp and at family campfires. He is equally at home on the banjo, fiddle, guitar, mandolin, and harmonica, not to mention rhythm spoons and other noise makers!

Ted Vaughn
Ted Vaughn has been in Worship Arts leadership for 15 years. He has been working with local churches in their development of new worship cultures, community outreach through music and art, and is a pioneer in the bridging of missional-church themes with corporate worship. He has been a worship leader since college, mentored in music and worship by Fernando Ortega, and has led in churches and conferences throughout Southern California. Most recently Ted led worship for the Presbyterian Global Fellowship Conference in Long Beach, CA.
Joy Williams
Indie singer and well-known songwriter Joy Williams lives in Nashville, TN and writes/records songs full-time for sensibility music LLC, the company run by her husband Nate Yetton. During 2000-2005 she was signed with Reunion Records (a division of SOny/BMG music) and recorded three records and was nominated for multiple dove awards. In 2007 Joy went independent and has since released many of her own songs.
