To God Be the Glory!

Spring. It’s the season that closes out winter and ushers in the summer, the season of beautiful blossoms, lush green grass, and water rushing from the mountain snow melt. I must admit – having moved here last May from Colorado – that it has been strange seeing trees in bloom, no snow on the ground and warmer temperatures – in early February! It’s a reminder that every place is unique and has its own timing; God’s timing.

That is also true for Mount Hermon. We are in a season of spring as we look back on God’s faithfulness these past months of life-transforming ministry, while eagerly anticipating a summer where God will touch the lives of thousands of people. What a great privilege it is to be part of this place, God’s place. There is no doubt that God is at work through the ministry of Mount Hermon. I see it all the time in the lives of others who come to our camps, and I see it in my own life, and I am grateful.

In this edition of The LOG you will have the opportunity to review how God worked at Mount Hermon in 2015. It was a year of leadership transition, yet the same faithful God was at the helm, moving and molding, renewing, refreshing and transforming people of all ages and stages of life. Wow! To God be the glory, great things He has done.
