I checked the weather report this morning to read that there is a 100% chance of rain tomorrow.  One hundred percent.  They’ve done it.  The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has spoken.  They are positive–beyond a shadow of a doubt–that it will rain tomorrow.  There is a 0% chance that it will not rain tomorrow.
