Mount Hermon Family Camp means fun and excitement! Our outstanding Child Care, Day Camp, Youth tracks and expanded collegiate offerings are a vibrant part of the Mount Hermon summer—and we now offer babysitting! Fabulous
speakers, seminar leaders and musicians make a week of Family Camp an
experience you won't forget! In family times together you'll
enjoy BBQ's, outdoor Pancake Breakfasts and superb meals in the
Mount Hermon Dining Hall. Flex breakfasts and salad bars at lunch and
dinner are a great weekly feature.
Family adventures include hikes, a train ride to Santa Cruz,
family games, campfires and S'mores! Family portraits offered each
week will capture your memories—maybe even next
year's Christmas card! Climbing wall and ropes course challenges
are part of the many recreation options, as is boating on Zayante
Creek and swimming in the Conference Center swimming pool. Our world-class Redwoods Canopy Tour course opened in July '08, zipping 100+ feet high through the Bean Creek Canyon. And the beaches of Santa
Cruz are located just six miles from Mount Hermon for the salt water
crowd!
Many also use family camp for their broader extended
family gatherings and reunions, with all lodging and meals taken
care of for them!
Check the Family Weeks listings and pick your time to experience
Mount Hermon with your family this summer! Partial financial assistance
is available by request through our Campership Fund.

For Single Parents
Single parents
find special encouragement with our seminars and support times.
"Single Parent's Support Group" is part of every Family Camp, where
single parents can meet and share common concerns, enjoy mutual support
and network resources. A pastoral/counseling facilitator leads the
sessions. Plan to attend for growth as a parent and as a family.
For Children & Youth
Child Care
for ages 0-5 and Day Camp for grades 1-6 are available at each Family
Camp. A caring, trained staff provides age-appropriate activities,
Bible stories and learning projects. Some family sessions may include
grade schoolers so they can participate in extended family learning.
For junior high and senior high students there are separate youth
meetings and special activities. Youth directors plan fun games, skits
and music with Bible study and discussion. At times the youth groups
take part in major family sessions.
