Activities

 

Among the many activities available at the Conference Center are the following:

 

• Sequoia Adventure Course – Our multi-element high course will challenge and inspire you.  Designed for teens and adults it is fun for the whole family. [cost: free]

 

• Discovery Grove – Our newest challenge course designed for 7-11 year olds.  Parents can come on the adventure too! [cost: free]

 

Redwood Canopy Tours – 100+ feet up in the Redwood Forest canopy, zipping through Bean Creek Canyon on 6 ziplines and 2 sky-bridges.  Sign up in the morning or call 831-430-4357. [cost: $50 for guests]

 

Climbing Wall – 40 foot indoor and outdoor climbing walls, fully belayed and staffed. [cost: free]

Mountain Biking – From beginner to pro, enjoy some of the best mountain biking areas in the state! [Guided tours and rentals – cost: $10  Adult seminar – cost: free]

• Crafts – Spend time with your kids creating memories.  Dynamic crafts for boy, girls, men and women. [cost: varies]

Hiking – Explore some of the most amazing vistas, canyons, rivers, and groves that the Santa Cruz Mountains have to offer [cost: free]

Basketball/Tennis/Volleyball/Soccer – Swish, ace, spike, or score with these classic sports options [cost: free]

 

Archery – Fun for the whole family from Grandkids to Great Grandparents! [cost: free]

 

Boating – Canoe, Kayak or Rowboat 1/2 mile up Zayante Creek through the overhanging trees. [cost:free]


Sea Kayaking – Surround yourself with nothing but the ocean for an unforgettable experience.  Sign up in the morning, tours depart in the afternoon. [cost: $15]

Swimming – Hang at the pool, in the center of camp, and maybe even hit the high dive if you’re game. [cost: free]

 

Golf – There are many local championship courses in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. [cost: Fees set at each course]
