Parent-Child Conferences at Mount Hermon

In a fast-paced society it takes effort to ease back and plan time with family members. Mount Hermon provides unique opportunities for parents and children to do just that — slow down and connect — while providing valuable direction and memorable experiences.
Each weekend conference combines a relaxed setting with fun-filled activities, inspirational song and praise, bringing encouragement and direction through gifted communicators. The parent-child retreats are open to parents and their children grades 2 through 8. These are times you’ll treasure for years to come.
The Dads and Daughters will be offered on alternate years, next offered on the date indicated in bold print on this page. Please refer to our Dad and Son link for information on that event.
Dads and Daughters
September 24 - 26, 2010

When You Come
Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, with dinner between 6:30-7:30 p.m. The weekends conclude following Sunday brunch, around noon. A detailed letter, along with a list of what to bring to camp, is sent to each registrant two weeks prior to the camp date.
Dads stay in a cabin with fellow dads, while daughters will stay in a cabin with fellow daughters and a female counselor!
Participation & Cost
The rate for this conference is $171.00 per person. Reserve your space by sending in a $50 per person, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
There is no Saturday lunch scheduled, allowing you and your child the opportunity to explore the beautiful area and have a special lunch date on your own. A small fee will be charged for the optional craft or rocket-building project.
Food, housing and all activities are included at a per-person rate. Our typical parent-child retreats are open to parents and their children, grades two through eight. The spring conferences are also open to 1st-graders as a preview to summer Primary Camp.
Event Details and Registration

Please do not let finances get in the way of a Mount Hermon experience. Through the generosity of many, a partial grant from the Campership Fund may be just the gift you need to make it possible to attend camp. For more information and an application, please contact out friendly registration staff.
