Teacher and Parent Coordinators!

Whether you are a parent or teacher coordinator thank you for all your hard work to make your week of outdoor science exciting for your students! Mount Hermon OSS appreciates you.

 

As the primary coordinator, you are responsible to communicate important details to all teachers, parents, counselors, and students involved in Outdoor Science. The Coordinator Manual provides you with a time line to follow, instructions, and a list of forms for to distribute to each particular party.

If you are interested in making the Redwood Canopy Tour Zip-Line a Wednesday elective option for your students their is an additional cost of $50 and registration/payment is done through your school. 

 

Select this Redwood Canopy Tour link and follow the instructions. Please collect your students $50 payment with their health forms and waiver and bring them with you when you come.  It is also crucial that you communicate with us how many students are planning on participating in the Canopy Tour so we may plan accordingly.

Simply open the file, fill in the spaces with your student and counselor names,click submit and follow the given instructions. Or you may save document with a new name, attach it to an email and send it to us at: outdoor.science@mounthermon.org
