Teacher and Parent Coordinators! Thank you for all your hard work to make your week of OSS exciting for your students! MH OSS appreciates you.
Whether your are a parent coordinator or a teacher coordinator, there is information in these packets that you need for a successful, memorable, and exciting Outdoor Science week.
If you would like to make a request for reservation of a week of Outdoor Science School see below to download the Request for Reservation form.
If you are interested in making the Redwood Canopy Tour Zip-line a Wednesday elective option for your students it costs and additional $50 and registration/payment is online. Select this Redwood Canopy Tour link and follow the instructions. Please collect your students waiver forms and bring them to your OSS week.
As the Coordinator, you are responsible to communicate important details to all teachers, parents, counselors, and students involved in Outdoor Science. The Coordinator Manual provides you with a time line to follow, instructions, and a list of forms for you to distribute to particular parties.
What will you need? The three manuals, two individual forms below and counselor health forms.

Individual forms It is so easy now to send us your cabin rosters. Just fill out the form and click SUBMIT. To open, save, and send the cabin roster form you need Acrobat Reader version 8 or newer. You can download the latest version for free from Adobe Acrobat. When the Cabin Roster is complete, click submit and follow the given instructions or attach the saved document to an email to outdoor.science@mounthermon.org
