  • Payment Policies
    • Deposits: Deposits: A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be required to complete your registration. Please have a payment method ready to go during the registration process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or an Electronic Check. Deposits are $100 per Adult.
    • Total Balance Due 30 Days Out: The total of your itinerary will be due 30 days before the start date of your week of camp. On this day, your account will automatically be charged the remainder of your balance.

Shadia Hrichi

Shadia Hrichi is a passionate Bible teacher, award-winning author, and speaker who stirs the hearts and minds of her audience through personal story, illustration, and her unwavering confidence in the authority of God’s Word. She holds a master’s in biblical and theological studies from Western Seminary as well as a master’s in criminal justice from the State University of New York. Shadia is the author of several award-winning Bible studies, including RAHAB, TAMAR, HAGAR, LEGION, and WORTHY OF LOVE. Shadia is often invited to speak at conferences, women’s retreats and other events, and has served on faculty for several Christian Writers conferences, and provides workshops, coaching, and other resources for aspiring authors. Currently residing in northern California, Shadia is an active volunteer Bible teacher at Venture Christian church, and loves to visit the ocean each week for “a date with Jesus.”

Rachel Wade

Rachael Wade is the Founder and Chief Encourager at Olive Us, a ministry where women share their “in-process” stories recounting to remember God’s goodness and faithfulness. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Contextual Leadership at Pillar Seminary. Writing poetry, prose, and devotionals are some of her favorite ways to share God’s glory and love. You can read Rachael’s writing at She Reads Truth, The Fallow House, and Substack. Living, loving, and leading in San Francisco for the last decade, Rachael enjoys teaching at Epic Church SF, collaborating with individuals and small businesses, and encouraging people to live out their God-given assignments.

Christine Youn Hung

Rev. Christine Youn Hung is a pastor, writer, speaker, and the Assistant District Superintendent for the Northern California District Church of the Nazarene. Prior to joining the Northern California District Staff, Christine served as pastor of Trinity Church Rowland Heights Campus, a multi-site, multi-ethnic church serving in the Los Angeles area. Christine also served as a missionary teacher in Taipei, Taiwan for three years. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Ministry at Nazarene Theological Seminary in Ecclesial Mission and Leadership. Christine is the founder of NOW Movement, a grassroots initiative coordinating efforts of Nazarenes in USA and Canada who are emboldened by the Spirit to pursue racial reconciliation. She is passionate about partnering in the ministry of reconciliation where the people of God embody the countercultural love and radical hospitality of Jesus. Christine has written articles and devotionals for The Foundry Publishing and co-authored “Born the King,” an Advent devotional book. She is a frequent guest speaker for conferences, workshops, college campuses, retreats, and pastor-training days. Christine takes deep joy in her husband Albert and their 4 amazing children, playing board games, hiking, and eating donuts.

Bri Stensrud

Currently, she serves as the Director of Women of Welcome, a non-partisan, advocacy project for immigrants and refugees. She holds a Masters of Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and lives in Colorado with her husband and two kids. Jenni Wong Clayville

Jenni Wong Clayville was born and raised in Seattle, WA. but she and her family now live in the Washington D.C area. She is wife to Brian and boy-mom to Chance & Paxton. Jenni currently serves at National Community Church as the Weekend Experience Pastor and is part of the teaching team at the Northern Virginia location. Over the past two decades, she has served as a Pastor in Portland, OR., El Paso, TX., Oklahoma City, OK., and Fort Worth, TX. Her ministry experience has varied in positions such as Worship & Creative Arts, First Impressions, and Executive Pastor. Jenni also serves on the leadership team of Leading and Loving It for over ten years and recently on the Propel Ecclesia Team to support women in ministry internationally. Jenni is a life-long learner, an unpretentious foodie, a more pretentious coffee lover, and a self-proclaimed comedienne.

Andrea Coli

Andrea Coli has been described as “having the ability to transform a room into a fun atmosphere while tempering it with the truth of God’s word.” She uses her background in improv comedy and her biblical knowledge to inspire others to discover God’s unique call for their lives. Having earned her master’s degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, her scriptural insights are both grounded and enlightening. After relocating to Las Vegas she had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the cast of an all-improvised show. She wrote about it in her book Scriptless: What I Learned about God on the Las Vegas Strip. Andrea is a teaching pastor at CrossWinds Church and partners in ministry with her husband, Chris, who is the senior pastor. She also leads in the Creative Arts Ministry. Christine Ingebretson

Speaker
Christine currently serves as Regional Director, East Bay for Foster the Bay. Her mission is to inspire and embolden you to live radically and joyfully for Jesus. She is passionate about social justice and about followers of Jesus living out His mission in their every day lives.

Christine loves to teach the Bible in ways that challenge people to not simply gather more information but to enter into transformation by the power of the Spirit. Christine was privileged to do her undergraduate work at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, later earning her MA from Western Seminary. Christine has been in pastoral ministry for many years. She has also been a part of Mount Hermon Conference Center, shaping, hosting and teaching at their women's conferences for over 10 years and more recently has served as Pastor in Residence for Family Camp. Christine travels around the Bay Area and beyond speaking to men and women of all life stages. She is wife to Doug, mama to Grace, 19, Kayla Joy, 11 and Isaac, 1.

Laurie Short

Speaker
Laurie Short is a speaker, author, and part of the teaching team of two churches in CA. She has spoken to over 500,000 people at conferences, colleges, and churches around the country, and she is the co-founder of SheGrowsConference—a cross generational women’s conference to equip and promote mentoring relationships.

Laurie is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary, and the has recently authored three books: “40 verses to Ignite your Faith: Surprising insights on Unexpected Passages” (April 2019), “When Changing Nothing Changes Everything” (May 2017) and "Finding Faith in the Dark” (August 2014), as well as fourteen books for youth and youth workers.

Laurie has been featured on Focus on the Family, PBS, and World Magazine. She has been in ministry for thirty years and has served on staff at four churches. She lives in Santa Barbara with her husband Jere, and stepson Jordan.

Robin Jones Gunn

Robin Jones Gunn is the bestselling, award-winning author of over 100 books with sales topping six million copies sold worldwide.

Robin and her husband recently moved from Hawaii to California. They have two grown and married children.

Her life verse is Acts 20:24. But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus - the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.

Shelene Huey Booker

Worship Leader
Mrs. Shelene Huey-Booker has been teaching and empowering youth for over 21 years. At the age of 15, she founded the Notre Dame High School San Jose Gospel Choir. By the second year, the choir grew to over 50 voices. Following graduation in 1999, she was hired back to continue directing the choir. By the time of her departure in 2004, the choir had grown to over 100 voices and was deemed the largest club on campus. This choir performed at many events across Northern California which included: Christmas in the Park, churches, schools, and opening for the world-renowned group, Chanticleer. They also performed at Disneyland in their Magic Music Days Program for three consecutive years. In addition, she directed the 200-voice California Northwest Jurisdiction Youth Choir (4yrs), taught at Carden Academy of Santa Clara, established Light it Up School of the Arts, and released three CD projects for Breaking the Barriers Performing Arts Group and her own Live Recording in 2019. Her latest project debuted July 2022, To Be More Like You: The Stage Play in which she co-wrote the script and wrote all the music. This production was held at the infamous Lesher Center of the Arts in Walnut Creek, CA and at the Historic Hoover Theatre in April 2023. She received numerous awards and scholarships as an individual performer and choral director/private vocal coach.

She has a B.A. in music with an emphasis in vocal performance from Santa Clara University where she also reinstated the University’s gospel choir with an annual event (Gospelfest) bringing in 1,000 persons at its prime. After being away from SCU since her 2004 graduation, in 2011, she was rehired at SCU to conduct the choir once more. She obtained an MBA in management with an emphasis in Public Administration from University of Phoenix in 2012 and has taught at a variety of schools across the bay area.

She has worked with persons ranging from preschool to Senior Citizens. She has many solo performances under her belt; San Jose Ballet performances of Nutcracker (ahh girls), Operas held at Santa Clara University, duets with gospel legends such as Andraé Crouch just to name a few. She believes that the arts teach discipline, confidence, respect, and love. Currently, she acts as the Executive Director and founder of 501c3 non-profit organization, Youth Utilizing Power and Praise Org, which creates a cross-cultural network of persons between the ages of 6-25 that empowers the whole being in the areas of performing arts, fine arts, public speaking, and sports, founder and lead consultant and teacher for Because of His Love music studio, board member for Family Giving Tree Organization. She is a wife, mother, songwriter, arranger, teacher, coach, and most importantly a lover of arts education.

Sarah Meng

Worship Leader
Sarah is a Worship Leader in the East Bay of California. She has a deep passion for worshipping the Lord through music and and has been doing so for the last 13 years in a variety of venues nationwide. She and her husband have two children, Jude and Stella, and they currently reside in Livermore, Ca where they enjoy serving in ministry together.

Elizabeth Hunnicutt Summers

Worship Leader
Elizabeth Hunnicutt Summers is a worship leader and singer-songwriter based out of Santa Cruz, CA. She is a new mother and loves spending time with her husband, Andrew and her baby girl, Ruth. Her music ministry spans 15 years and includes 7 albums. Living in Nebraska, Colorado, Minnesota, and California have all served as influences in her music and her way of life. She loves meeting new people and building relationships and she hopes to do that very thing even through her music. She can regularly be found performing or leading worship at churches, colleges, retreats, events, and house concerts. Her heart is to see people awakened to God’s love and inspired to run after Him with their lives.

Nicole Unice

Nicole Unice is a Bible teacher, author, and passionate communicator who delights in bringing God’s Word to life in a personal and relevant way. Her training as a counselor informs her work, as she emphasizes the importance of facing our own reality and embracing the transforming power of God’s grace. Nicole holds degrees from the College of William and Mary and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is ordained as a teaching elder in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. She and her husband Dave have three children.

Chaya Pitcher

Spring 2020 Worship Leader
With a message that touches the heart and a singing voice that inspires, Chaya tells of the greatness of God’s mercy and grace. She has experienced His love, forgiveness, and healing in a most powerful way, and longs for everyone she comes in contact with to have that same experience. Chaya has been privileged to lead worship at many churches, and is often asked to return multiple times. Having written much of the music that she performs, she is able to reach from her heart directly into the hearts of her listeners.

She is in demand as a speaker/singer for women’s events, conferences, retreats, Christmas Programs, and church services. She has opened for the popular duo, Shane and Shane, has led worship multiple times at the California Women's Retreat, and has appeared on Canadian's TV show, 100 Huntley Street. She has released four albums, with the latest album, 'Mood for Love', produced by Ralph Stover, who has worked with many professional artists!

Whether Chaya is ministering to a small group, or to thousands, there is an astounding feeling of intimacy. Since giving her life to Jesus Christ, she knows that whatever the setting, it’s where the Lord has placed her. People seem drawn to tell her that the words she spoke or sang cut directly to their heart. She says that this is what makes her ministry worthwhile.

Chaya's husband, Rick, is currently a worship and sports pastor at their church in Chico CA. They have been married 17 years and have four beautiful children.

Corinna Girard

Corinna is a worship leader at WestGate Church, and an instructor for Anthem Worship Training. She was born in Boston, MA but has lived in over fifty cities and four countries! Corinna has quite a dynamic story, from a traumatic childhood to an encounter with God’s grace in 1994 that would alter the direction of her life forever. She started her ministry as a missionary in West Africa, and it was there where she first taught herself to play guitar and began writing out her prayers as songs to God. Since then God has led Corinna on a dynamic musical journey, leading worship at a church in Florida, gigging in several bands, including a jazz quintet, and now serving as a worship pastor in the Bay Area. Corinna longs to create and experience worship that is intimate, vulnerable, and raw. You can also find Corinna charging the waves in Santa Cruz. She is married to a Frenchman named Sebastien, and they have two boys - Raphael and Matthieu.

Ciera Heer

Ciera Heer graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2016 with a degree in Commercial Music. She is a worship leader for Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA. She recently got married in October 2021 and lives in Lake Forest with her husband, Matt, who is the Junior High Pastor at Saddleback. Ciera grew up attending Mount Hermon and leading worship for family camp alongside her dad, David Bardowell, and is so excited to be back for the women's conference this year!

When You Arrive

  • A few details
    • Check-in begins at 4:30pm Friday.
    • Dinner will begin at 6:30 on Friday evening.
    • Dress is very casual throughout the conference. Be prepared for chilly evenings and mornings.
    • You will want your Bible, notebook, flashlight, and possibly your umbrella.
    • Nametags will be provided as your identification for the conference and dining room.
    • You may want to bring walking shoes as hiking in Mount Hermon is a treat.
    • The conference concludes with lunch on Sunday at 12:30pm.
